I began my career as a business analyst in 2000.  What can I say?  I love what I do!  Every day I am blessed with meeting new people.  I strive to deliver cutting edge and innovative services to my clients.  This is important to me for a number of reasons.  I want my services to provide the most value to my clients and ensure that they meet their business objectives and get the most out of their IT investments and I want to establish long lasting relationships with my clients. 

I am obsessed with data and process. Some clients have described me as "a meticulous individual with a deep understanding of business processes in some of the most complex environments".  When I look at myself I see an "artist" building out artifacts, and a "writer" formalizing business requirements from the knowledge provided to me by my clients.  It is the knowledge of my clients that is on the forefront of my success.  It is important to me to build a synergy between myself (someone that has a deep understanding of process and how data is used to drive processes) and my clients (who have a deep understanding of the operation of their business) the combined effect is greater and results in positive outcomes.

I have had wonderful experiences working in both the public sector and the private sector.  In the public sector, I have worked with federal, provincial, and state governments.  In the private sector, I have worked with businesses of all sizes in the oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing, services, information technology, retail, occupational health and safety, and pipeline industries.
